Since we began developing our beautiful flagship Downtown Santa Fe Clinic back in 2016, we’ve received wonderful feedback from Patients about their experiences here. Now, after 7 years utilizing this special space, we’ve learned how to improve on perfection!

Already installed / complete: Brand new roof, a new HVAC system, plus state of the art Sierra Pacific metal clad Main Entrance and all new Windows throughout!
Present improvements that we’re developing: Removing our old front staircase to replace it with improved design & new exterior storage closet. Interior repairs and improvements, including better bathroom fixtures & increased internal storage to completement our zen environment with optimized Feng Shui. New stucco, improved gutters/downspouts. Even updated & upgraded Landscaping and more efficient patient parking lot!
These things take time. Especially in the aftermath of the pandemic, with record low contractor/construction time available. We are delighted to have such a unique medical clinic within the heart of Historic Santa Fe. As most locals know, this also comes with extended construction timeframes, as exterior improvement paramaters for our building are under the sole purview of the Historic Districts Review Board.
Meanwhile, you’re invited to enjoy our temporary ‘Downtown Clinic’ at 404 Brunn School Road, Building A, Santa Fe, NM 87505.
All visits that used to be at our Downtown location are now at our new, temporary Downtown location known as “404 BSR”:

We keep evening & weekend appointments available for your busy life. All of our Clinics are ADA/wheelchair accessible. Mountain Spirit welcomes most major NM-based Health Plans, Workers Compensation & Personal Injury MedPay. Our self-pay treatment rates are exceptional given our quality care. We accept many Medicaid/Centennial Care health plans for our Primary Care and Occupational Therapy services. Further, we offer generous Medicaid discounts for most natural medicine services not covered by these programs.
